Our service is not standard; our fee is based on a maintenance service, you don’t have to pay for extra duties.

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas:
* Dust all accessible surfaces
* Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
* Clean and sanitize all floor surfaces and door handle
* Take out garbage
* Carpet Vacuum
* Remove smudges from walls and lights switches.
* Clean windowsills
* Dust window blinds
* Dust baseboard and chair bases
* Clean all trash cans
* Clean and dust all doors and arcs
* Dust picture frames and lights fixtures
* Dust off ceiling

* Clean corners and spider webs
We will clean if needed?
* Clean inside of Refrigerator, ovens, dish washer
Bathrooms:
* Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, sink and back splash
* Dust all accessible surfaces
* Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
* Clean and sanitize all floor surfaces
* Clean and sanitize door handle
* Take out garbage
Kitchen:
* Dust all accessible surfaces
* Empty sink and wash dirty dishes
* Wipe down exterior of cabinets, stove, hood, ovens and fridge
* Clean and disinfect all counter, sinks and back splash.
* Clean and disinfect all door and handles.
* Clean and sanitize all floor surfaces
* Take out garbage.
